Common questions

How do I restore my purchases on a new phone?

Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchases. Your Remove Ads and category pack unlocks are tied to your Apple ID (or Google account on Android) and will come back automatically.

I bought Remove Ads but still see ads — what now?

Try Settings → Restore Purchases first. If the ads persist, email us with your Apple receipt or order number and we'll investigate. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used to buy.

How do I report an inappropriate photo or answer?

In-app: long-press the player's avatar in the lobby → Report. Photos with multiple reports are auto-hidden. For anything serious (illegal content, targeted harassment), email us directly with the room code and timestamp.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Email us from any address with "delete my data" and your anonymous player ID (find it under Settings → Account if still available). We'll purge all records associated with that ID within 30 days.

The game froze mid-round / is stuck on an ad

Close the app fully and reopen — your spot in the game persists via the room code. If the room itself appears broken, tap Leave and start or join a fresh one. If this keeps happening in a specific flow, email us with your phone model and iOS/Android version.

Can I get a refund?

In-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google, not by us directly. Request refunds via:
