Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 13, 2026

This privacy policy covers LockIn and any future apps operated by Party Games USA ("we", "us"), a brand of BLKQ LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in Houston, TX. It explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.

What we collect

Account identifiers. When you open the app we create an anonymous Firebase Auth user ID. This ID is local to our backend and is not tied to your name, email, or phone number unless you later choose to link an account.

Display name and avatar. The nickname, color, and optional photo you pick in the lobby. Other players in your room see this — that's the point of a party game. Uploaded photos are deleted when the game ends.

Game content (ephemeral). The room code, your answers during a round, your votes, and your score are written to our Firestore database so the game state can be synced across devices in the room.

Purchase events. When you buy Remove Ads or a category pack, RevenueCat passes us a receipt confirming entitlement. We store which entitlements your anonymous user ID has — not your payment details. Apple and Google handle the actual transaction.

Ads identifiers. The Google AdMob SDK collects and transmits standard mobile advertising identifiers (Apple IDFA if you grant App Tracking Transparency permission; Android Advertising ID subject to your Google Play settings) and coarse device data for ad delivery and frequency capping.

Crash + performance telemetry. Standard Firebase / Expo crash logs. No message contents, no answers, no personal identifiers beyond your anonymous Firebase UID.

What we do not collect

How long we keep it

Who we share it with

We use a small set of processors, each with their own privacy policies:

We do not sell your data. We do not share data with advertisers beyond what the AdMob SDK passes for ad serving.

Children

Our apps are intended for players 13 and older. The Adults Only category pack is locked behind a 21+ age gate. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used one of our apps, email support@partygamesusa.com and we will delete the associated anonymous ID.

Your choices

Changes

If we meaningfully change this policy we'll update the date at the top and surface a notice in-app on next launch.
